Despite my young age I unfortunately suffer from a variety of deficiencies and take pills daily on accordance with what I am prescribed. Recently however, I have had to add yet another pill into the mix when my doctor advised me to take some multivitamins to try and spur off more ailment. I visited my local pharmacy when I was picking up my other prescriptions and following their advice I bought myself Teenvital tablets by Health Aid for £6.99, which are apparently specially formulated for teenagers (and children over six according to the leaflet).
