These are the male equivalent of panty liners, I guess, but much more absorbent. They come in two absorbency levels, 1 and 2. The price per box is the same for both, but a level 1 box contains 12 and a level 2 box contains 10. There is no indication anywhere of how much liquid can be absorbed by each level, so I opted for level 2 to be on the safe side. My estimate is that a level two pad would handle around 20-30 ... ...is not for you, but Tena do have solutions for bigger problems. Now comes my one major gripe, and it's nothing to do with the product itself: Why do chemist's shops insist on putting male incontinence products in the same display as sanitary towels and tampons? A Good Nights Sleep Advantages: Moulds easily to body shape, comfortable Disadvantages: Bit bulky ...pain. This is where the Mothercare Sleep Body Pillow comes into it’s own. The size of the box the Sleep Pillow is vacuum packed in totally belies the actual size of the pillow. I was a little shocked when my partner brought it home, it was hard to believe that such a large product could be so easily carried back from the shop. On opening the box it was easy enough to open up the plastic packaging (using a pair of scissors) and the pillow ‘re-inflated’ ... ...for bolster covers. The Mothercare Sleep Body Pillow has been a godsend, it may have been a quite large outlay at £29.99, especially as cheaper versions can be purchased on-line for as little as £9.99. I was unaware Elastoplast made anything other than, er, elastoplasts, but they actually offer several sports injury products for joints, as I discovered on my visit to Boots. The Tennis Elbow Support is basically a black polyester strip with a pad inside which fastens through a loop with Velcro. Sounds very simple, and it is. You wear the support on your lower arm, just below your elbow. ... ...it should be placed, not surprisingly, over tendons which are causing you pain. This places pressure on your tendons and muscles, alleviating pain there. You fasten by pulling the strap around your arm and fastening with the Velcro when it becomes comfortable and you can feel it offering you support. So...does it work?
