Advantages: Its a great energy drink
Disadvantages: The price is a bit much!

...with "Red Bull" in bright red bold letters on the front, and you can guess there are two red bulls on the front with "energy drink" written in bold beneath the bulls. The drink itself is a kind of yellowish colour, and im not sure what to say it smells like, but you know when you remember a smell from childhood and you simply cant think what it is, thats what im thinking right now! I started drinking lucozade about 8 months ago when I was ill and struggling from extreme tiredness. Advantages: nice taste and relaxing
Disadvantages: if you dont mix it well it is lumpy

I am suprised to see Horlicks in the heath and energy drinks section as it is what I use when I want to go to sleep so it does not give me energy quite the opposite in fact makes me all sleepy. I don't think it is particularly healthy either as it is not a multi vitamin drink but something along the lines of hot chocolate in that you mix it with hot milk. I think you could mix it with water it would not be as nice. It has a nice malty creamy flavour. ...
...and chocolatey. The only downside is that if you do not whisk it well you end up with lumps which are not very nice - I have an electric hand blender so use this to mix it to make it lump free. I decided to try Red Bull Sugar-free after Sainsbury's put on a deal, 4 cans for 2.55 (avg. 63.75p/can, compared to GBP 1.15 in off-licenses).
