Easy online 16+

Advantages: range of styles and sizes. Returns simplified by physical shops
Disadvantages: only those intrinsic to mail order for clothing

As the web face of the well known high street chain, it has to be said one of it's main advantages is those bricks and mortar stores. If returning things wasn't so easy (a quick trip to my local store) I would probably be less enthusiastic about ordering ...
