There are interviews in the magazine each month but these are usually with a sports star e.g. a recent edition contained an interview with an England netball player. I personally dont read these interviews in detail but I do glance over them and I think it is a great idea to feature sports stars who arent well known, earning millions of pounds a year.
There are always easy to follow diet tips and information on current health products/info. This magazine also contains a workout section which provides you with new workout ideas - this is my favourite section and the reason I buy this magazine as it doesnt make out that you can be a size 8 within 14 days - which lets face it, most other magazines do.
I often find the articles inspiring e.g. last month they ran an article on active commuting - since then I have been cycling to work at least 3 times a week as it amde me realise how I could incorporate exercise into my day. I also lost 3 pounds just by doing this and not changing anything else.
Overall, I think this magazine is very practical, doesnt promise wonders but does show you the safe and healthy way to increase your health and fitness for good.
Advantages: Diet Tips, interesting health info Disadvantages: Pricey
...it really is just a health and fitness magazine - which is what it says it is, but I always expect some extra little celebrity gossip or interesting information to entertain you.
I guess all in all this is pretty much like every other diet or health magazine, not much different at all, so although its good, it does just blend in with the endless list of similar magazines in the same catagory.
There was some interesting health information on vitamin ...

Advantages: Better health, feeling of wellbeing Disadvantages: Take it easy or you can overdo it!!
At present there are three ROKO UK Health And Fitness Clubs in Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Nottingham. I have been a member of ROKO UK Health and Fitness in Portsmouth since it opened approximately 2 years ago. Since that time I have become a regular visitor attending approx 5 days a week.
ROKO is a membership based Club. To join, members must pay a joining fee and then a set monthly payment. As my husband and I were classed as founder members, the joining fee was waived which at the time was around £175. This joining fee changes all the time. Recently there has been an offer when no joining fee was required. It depends what offers and promotions are available at the time. I think the current full membership monthly fee is around £45 per person per month. It is cheaper if you join as a couple. To a novice this many seem ...
Advantages: Realistic, fun, informative Disadvantages: Sometimes a little thin (rare though!)
I first bought Zest out of curiosity when it fist came out - it probably had some kind of miracle cellulite cure ? I found it offered a realistic perspective on health and beauty for women who don?t have time to devote their lives to it. I have since bought it just about every month and, with a few exceptions, I have always found it an entertaining and informative read. The real-life stories are particularly inspiring because, unlike other health and fitness magazines, they focus on people who have hit problems, given up and failed miserably in their previous attempts, but this time have managed to get fit/ lose weight/ beat an illness etc., etc. and they don?t just show people who have lost a lot of weight and are now size 8 etc. etc. but aren?t necessarily healthy and didn?t always do it in a senssible way.
Zest encourages ...

Advantages: Superb facilities, excellent staff!! Disadvantages: Not enough of the clubs around
I have been a member of Roko Nottingham for a little over a week now and i cannot speak highly enough of the place!!
I was a little concerned what with me being overweight and not very in shape but the staff there are brilliant, they cannot do enough to help you!!! The Gymnasium area is more than adequate and they also have a system called fit linxx which is basically a electronic gym partner , the system measures all your cardio analysis and weight training figures, it tells you when your doing something to slow or to fast!! And on top of that it is so simple to use!!!
The Swimming pool areas are very clean , in total they have 3 swimming pools, one main indoor pool and one training pool, also they have a outdoor pool which is heated all year round.
The relaxation area includes three sauna steam room combinations and a jacussi ...
