...This is the bank I always trusted and like. It services are beyond any doubt. People are friendly and it has a wide range of services that can eliminate the hassle of banking. First of all, it is a prestigious bank and well known all over the world. If you are in other country, you will still being serve as a citibank priority customer in any country. Imagine yourself carrying a Citibank cash card or credit card, you will immediately be rcognised by the merchants. I experienced this before. This make you fell confident when travelling overseas.... Advantages: parcels leaving on weekends
Disadvantages: misleading information, customer service, unreliable

...I lost my possesion while abroad on a Friday and I told someone to send me some important documents from home. As the private delivery companies were closed for business for weekend, my friend went to the Post Office were she was advised about the AirSure as the most rapid, recorded service for overseas delivery. The aim of recorded delivery was estimated to 3-4 days. From the second day onward, on the Royal Mail website the parcel appeared as delivered to the overseas postal service while nothing actually entered into the country for one week! I found this annoying people from the postal service in the airport. Trying to contact the customer service I was told the same information every day as if the parcel was lost or stuck.
