Healthy Direct Vitamin C 500mg + Citrus Bioflavonoids are great! From the first time I tried them I git them again and again because I really like the fruity flavours are really enjoyable and because the capsules are chewable they are easy to take, especially for people who want to keep healthy but cant swallow capsules easily enough. Also,Vitamin C is an essential vitamin which the body does not store, so a regular daily intake is required for a healthy diet. As well as containing vitamin C , the capsules have
natural bioflavonoids, found naturally in citrus fruits. Bioflavonoids improve their uptake with vitamin C.
There is also a lot in the packet so they last for quite a while. So with one a day an 180 bottle lasts up to 26 weeks.
