Advantages: Improved skin, hair, nails, and general wellbeing Disadvantages: None
I had a problem with my eating habits for a while now, and I'll never be one of those people who can eat without checking the calorie content first, but I think I've settled down now and I'm not as bad as I used to be, with a lot more experience!
I hope you find this advice on healthyeating and losing weight useful, but do keep in mind my advice is based from personal experience, and is NOT professional. These are my nine tips, and I think if you stick with them, you can't go far wrong!
1) Forget crash dieting. It's not good for you at all, for a variety of reasons, and if you want to lose weight, then do it in a sensible way rather than starving yourself for a day or two so you can squeeze into that dress. It screws up your metabolism, so in the long-run, you'll find it harder to shift those extra pounds.

One tip which works for me to kill chocolate cravings, I keep a Bounty mini bar in my drawer at work and if I ...
Advantages: Healthy and live longer Disadvantages: Ignore your body and you end up ill
target I got, I treated myself to a treat. Chinese or something and this were point free. The week after I did not care if I had put a pound or two on, at least it was working. Then August come and problems with the new house purchase and I was getting a bit down with it all and the bad habits crawled back. I decided to have a break from WW for a couple of months whilst everything sorted itself out.
I returned back last week and in a week had lost another 7lbs, which took me to my leaving weight. I was so chuft last week.
I have now decided it is time to loose some weight but only by healthyeating. I will not miss meals. You do not have to. Your body needs a bit of everything like Carbohydrates and Proteins and Vitamins and Fats.
Carbohydrates can be found in bread, pasta, crackers, rice, potatoes, and chips.
