WARM UP WITH DIMPLEX
Advantages: : PRODUCES GOOD AMOUNT OF HEAT. Disadvantages: TAKES TIME BEFORE HEATING.
...because of this summer period. Dimplex is a nice heater that gives specific amount of heat that suites your body. Well I use this mostly at nights because in the daytime, I tend to be at work so there won’t be that time to make use of it.
I got this about a year ago but I got astonished when I went through the page and realized that none of the heaters has been rated. It took me about one month before installing it. Even the installation cost so ... ...especially while at sleep. The dimplex heater is kept in my bedroom and I think this is where it should be because putting it elsewhere apart from the bedroom might be of no use.
It gets its heat through electricity and if use often, will not be economical and this consumes a lot of electricity that makes your bill high.
It also comes with an instruction manual that is very easy to read and understand and on the other hand, directs you on how to ...

Dimplex Brayford
Advantages: great for that iullusion of warmth from a real fire Disadvantages: it isnt a real fire
on a visit to my mother recently, i noticed she had a new stove in the fireplace. I had to give it a closer inspection to realise it was actually an electric fire.
Having always wanted a 'real' fire, but not having a chimney in my appartment, i was very impressed with just how realistic the flame effect was on this unit. Of course when you take a close look, you can tell it is not a real cast iron stove, but it certainly gives that real fire feeling ... ...I saw one on offer at a local DIY store, and so i bought one for myself based on what i had seen of my mothers.
The constuction is of a plastic coated sheet steel, which does a reasonable job of imitating Black cast iron finish, but it wont maintain its illusion on any close examination. The brass fittings are quite plastic looking. Overall it looks quite pleasing to the eye. If used outside of a fireplace, it still looks great if placed on a slate ...

Cheap, effective and reliable
Advantages: Cheap, Reliable, Instant heat, Economical. Disadvantages: Thermostat clicking on and off that you soon get used to.
...the catalog I found the Dimplex convector, (thermostat and 2 heat settings) and it was about half the price of the Delonghi. It fitted my spec of being wall mountable and having a thermostat I thought I'd try it. I got it home, got it out the box, screwed the plastic feet on and plugged it in. The instructions advised opening the window and putting the thermostat up to full to burn off the non toxic protective stuff they put on the element. Almost ... ...a timer or leave it on low meaning there is less control over what rooms you heat and for how long be the rooms occupied or not. The Dimplex 3072 is fast, very responsive, reliable, a very good price, controllable and safe. I hope this review helps. ...

Environmentally friendly heater
Advantages: A good heater for cold winter Disadvantages: not yet
I will rate this heater 10 out of 10. Winter is coming and I am starting to look for heating for my conservatory during the wet and cold days. Why do you need it You can have it in conservatory or sun room in the winter. Even in sunny days the heater can make the conservatory more confortable. It also can be used in nursery for night heating if it is a cold winter day to give baby or toddler a nice warm sleep. Environmentally friendly ... ...It uses the latest in innovative heating technology to produce 50% more heat comparing to the traditional oil filled heater. Due to the latest technology it also saves your electricity. Easy to use There are two heat settings, which allows heater to be suitable for different situations. The 24 hours timer could make the heater work as you required. It is a small heater but it heats up really quick. For a 12 square metre conservatory, it can ...

Delonghi HS20/2 - a cheap and cheerful convection heater
Advantages: relatively cheap, little noise, instant warming Disadvantages: only 1 dial, slightly burning smell on starting
...heater. So I choose the Delonghi HS20/2 - a convection heater and I am not disappointed. I will be analysing the advantages and disadvantages of each of the above later on. BASICS The HS20/2 is a convection heater. This means that it works by having a coil in the centre which heats up. As the air is heated it gets less weight and rises, sucking in colder air from below. This results in a convection flow (if you remember your GCSCE physics!). ... ... CONCLUSION The Delonghi HS20/2 is a good convection heater. It makes a slight smell on start but I can't fault it otherwise. At a relatively cheap price it does what is expected to a good standard. I would recommend it to other people who wants to save a few pennies during this winter - provided you only want 1 room heated! [also on dooyoo.co.uk as ecolier] ...
