    BACKGROUND INFORMATION As I have explained in a couple of previous reviews on herbal teas I have been trying out a new eating regime to try and combat my constant lack of energy. This involves cutting out wheat, yeast, milk and all stimulants. Now I expected this to be a big problem as I do like my cups of tea. As it happens I have hardly missed ‘real’ tea at ll. I mainly drink camomile tea as I find it refreshing, but I have one or two others in the cupboard for when I feel like a change and this is one of them.     Advantages Advantages Healthy alternative and most of all NO CAFFEINE

    First of all for those of you who dont know, what is green tea. Green tea is the antivirus, anticancer super antioxidant. It is the most popular of Asian drinks and has been known for centuries to have a long list of health benefits . Interestingly, after water, it is the most widely consumed beverage on the earth. So really how can you argue when a decent tasting drink that has all these benifits.     i will sum my review up for shortly and quick. asains,chinese,japanese are know for their youthful looks less illness, and healthy living. green tea has been out for years past my great great great grandmother..... its anti-oxidants are useful to benefit many health factors. i have also lost weight including green tea in my life. you know when you have a coffee and get that boost but then the tiredness hits you. not with green tea all natural highs. you will feel the energy change after regular drinking. its recommended by studies 3 cups a day will enable good health, prolong ... more
