Advantages: Moisturising
Disadvantages: do I really need day and night cream?

...Having bought the day cream and some other Boots no 7 products, I convinced myself that I was finally going to be kind to my skin. Hence the purchase of the day cream (for day wear) and the night cream (for night wear). I decided on the advanced hydration because with winter almost upon us, I figured that my skin would be stripped of all moisture, and I would begin to bear more than a slight resemblance to a shrivelled prune. Promises, promises... Thank goodness it's not promising to make me lose 20 year with 4 weeks application. i am getting a tad tired of the same old promises which just don't seem to have the power to deliver. This sensibly tells me that it will soften and intensively nourish my skin while I sleep., and leave me ready to face the new day. A good night sleep wouold be better, but I get the gist! There... ...helped a little with scars, a lot with dry skin/lips/cuticles, but not so much for uneven skin or blemishes (and the other things haven't been a problem for me... yet). I believe that results differ from person to person (see below). - CAN BE USED ALL OVER: This is safe for use on the face and body, and also during pregnancy, when stretch marks can be a problem. *DISADVANTAGES* - PRICE: This product is expensive, there's no getting round it, and it rarely seems to be on special offer. However, I have found that you can buy a giant 120ml size in Costco for only £10.99, so if you are able to shop there then that's sorted!
