I own GHDS and I love the fact that they not only give a poker straight look but also they create very glamorous curls, My friend came to my house the other week and she had just purchased the Babyliss pro porcelain revel conical wand curling tongs and she had done her hair that morning with them, her hair looked so amazing, the best I?ve seen it in years, I love the curls that ghd give don?t get me wrong but these tongs give a more bouncer curl and soon as I saw her hair I fell in love with the tongs, she told me I could try them out the next day, so the next day I went to her house and Tried them on my hair, and I loved them, I also curled my hair extensions with them and they looked fabulous.

I received this item from a friend who does not have, nor want, curly hair so I thought as it was a freebie that I should give it a go!
The product is 50ml and costs £1.56 from Boots (4 advantage card points also) and is in a girlie dark pink bottle with a spray nozzle on the top. It is very easy to press down and spray on to your hair and I have been using this when I have still damp hair and I want to ensure my curls go lovely and remain frizz free rather than looking dried out and horrid. This can also be used between washes and sprayed direct on to dry hair to help revive your curls.
I actually have wavy hair so I usually need to use a combination of products to ensure I get the desired ringlet look which will stay for the day.
There is no real strong scent to this product and it does not make my hair sticky in the slightest ...

My hair is mostly straight, but with a bit of a natural wave. I normally straighten it, however occasionally I curl it -either with tongs, or by doing that twirly thing with my GHD's! As my hair is very thick and a bit frizzy, it doesn't tend to hold a curl for very long and also the curls can look a bit messy, due to the frizz. I wanted a product that would hopefully calm the frizz and hold the curl. To be honest, the only reason I chose L'Oreal Hot CurlSpray, was because it was the only product I could find that I thought would be suitable.
