    The title does not describe the product - but it may well describe the user! If you've been reading my opinions on these Herbalife products, you will know that I am finding them very useful, in terms of weight loss, better nutrition and increased energy levels. However, I have mentioned that I think you need to take additional fibre. This product, Formula 4, could be part of the answer. But it probably wasn't designed just to give you what Herbalife call "a smooth move"! Herbalife claim that this product is a "Cheater's Delight"!
