Hermes Parcel delivery

I am totally dissatisfied with Hermes. In my humble opinion they are a waste of skin. In my opinion no one should use the company - in my opinion they are only interested in their payment not in the delivery of the parcel. Ihave waited in all week and have wasted five days expecting a delivery, but never mind I can keep waiting in and if my parcel does not come well I supose I can order another product and pay Hermes not to deliver it. All week other letters and parcels have been successfully delivered to our address but not my parcel from Hermes. I have been tracking my parcel all week and the tracking status seems to have stopped two days ago saying twelve twenty eight not delivered, well I could have told them that, it was not delivered then when three of our family were here at home and no one knocked or rang our very loud bell. What is the betting that if I went out tomorrow the kind people who work for Hermes will call and leave me a little card saying sorry we couldn't deliver no one was at home. Well any way in my opinion I think that there are much better and far more reliable companies out there than Hermes.
