I ordered something online and when I tract the parcel it says "not delievered, address query"
The problem is there is no contact detail at all. I was even shown this message on their website: "We apologise, but are unable to deal directly with you regarding your parcel enquiry. Please contact the company with whom you placed your order."
How can a delievery service don't let people contact them!
I shop online very offen and I've never seen a delievery compny like this. I know there is a little problem with my address. On the buzzer it says 4th floor but my actual address is flat 6 cause the whole 4th floor is my shared flat. Normally I leave 4th floor as my address but sometimes might use flat 6. But all those delievery or take away arrived finie. Other delievery men just press the buzzer to ask or call me.
So now I changed my address to 4th floor with the shop I ordered and even they don't know how long it will take cause they can't see any info either. The shop just told me the parcel will be returned to them and they will resend it.
p.s. I feel so sad cause I love that shop but I can't trust the delievery service any more so I will never order online at that shop again. And I will never order with a shop if they choose Hermes. If I'm the one to decide which delievery service to use at least I'll check what if the parcel is not delieverd and I will find out Hermes is not easy to use.
