This is the 3rd time I have had trouble with My Hermes, I don't use them by choice but some items I have purchased have been delivered by them. I came back from a short trip yesterday to find 2 'sorry I missed you' cards in the letterbox, one said the courier will make a 3rd and final attempt, but the re-attempt date was blank so I called the number and after 3 tries finally got through to the driver, he said he would return the following day before 12 as I told him that I need to go out shortly after 12. 12 o'clock and nothing, called the driver and his phone is off!! called 3 more times over an hour, still off!!!. Contacted My Hermes via their on-line chat, adviser was quick in replying but advised it was a retailer issue and would not help any further!!! Called the retailer at 5pm, they said they will need to speak to Hermes, waited on hold, retailer said they were told the driver was having problems with his 'hand held device' and would not be delivering today and would be delivering it tomorrow?? No phone call to update me, no call to see if tomorrow is convenient for me, no help from customer service, a wasted day and now have to wait in tomorrow morning as well. Similar incidents with 2 previous items bought on-line. Poor Poor Poor communication and useless customer service and useless delivery driver.
