Atrocious service standards. Online tracking showing package to have been delivered and signed for when it’s absolutely not true. My wife was at home all day on the morning of the supposed delivery. Courier not only claimed to have rung doorbell which clearly didn’t happen, but also alleged that someone came out and signed for the package which couldn’t be further from the truth. Lie after lie after lie. Courier is either dishonest and stole our package or handed it to some random person on the street. Our household is now boycotting any third party seller than uses Hermes delivery. Just not worth the risk. I ask that you please do the same. Scandalous that a company like this is allowed to continue to operations.
