Being disabled i find the heron stores hard to use so i never shop there any more i have had 2 problems with heron head office and both times they never sorted it out they called the police on customers on saturday the 26th of feb 2011 over a loading bay made out of a public parking bay the manager had no answers for me only we called the cops so parking tickets were given out yet their lorry was on the yellow lines over the road from heron not using the loading bay as 2 cars were blocking it said the manager the lorry drivers makeing threats of the police being called if you do park in the loading bay with out knowing it is a loading bay as it's new in my book keep clear if your disabled .

Really sorry for the low rate, but this tells me nothing about the store itself, why it is bad for disabled, why you were parking there if you don't shop there etc.. I appreciate it's hard to wirte when you are angry, so perhaps if you want to come back to this and add more detail, i would be very happy to change my rate, just send me a message.
