SERVICE AT FILEY STORE. |

I USE HERON STORE IN FILEY ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND THE STAFF THERE ARE AS COLD AS THE GOODS IN THE FREEZERS.
IF YOU WANT TO LOOK IN THE FRIDGES HALF THE TIME YOU CAN NOT, DUE TO TROLLEYS IN THE WAY OR BOXES OF STOCK ON TOP OF THE FREEZERS.A SMILE IS OUT OF THE QUESTION WHEN BEING SERVED AT THE TILL AND I DOUBT IF THE WOULD EVEN NOW WHO THEY HAVE JUST SERVED, THERE IS NO EYE CONTACT AT ANY TIME.
THE OLDER MEMBER OF THE STAFF IS ON THE TILL ALOT OF THE TIME, THATS IF YOU CAN GET HER TO THE TILL IN THE FIRST PLACE, SHE SEEMS TO THINK IT IS GOOD FOR THE BUISNESS TO TAKE NO NOTICE OF CUSTOMERS QUEING UP EVEN WHEN SHE IS LOOKING AT THEM.AS FAR AS CUSTOMER RELATIONS ARE CONCERNED SHE MUST HAVE BEEN OF SICK WHEN SHE WAS BEING TRAINED FOR THE JOB.
TO A GREAT DEGREE NONE OF THE STAFF SEEM TO WANT TO BE THERE, AND ALL ARE IN A GREAT NEED OF RE-TRAINING.
