Advantages: FAST IN PRINTING AND OF GOOD QUALITY. Disadvantages: LARGE AND HEAVY.

In terms of value for money, it is quite satisfactory and affordable.

It also has a connectivity wired technology and with image enhancement technology of HP image Ret 3600.
Interface: USB, Ethernet10/100base -Tx.
Processor: Motorola450 MHz.
It also has a total media capacity of 150 sheets and out put trays capacity of 125 sheets.
The monitor duty cycle is about 30000 pages.
It also has networking printer sever and Ethernet data link protocol.
RAM installed is 96mb/352mb.
In terms of software requirements, it is Microsoft windows 2000 ...
Advantages: None Disadvantages: Foreign speaking "HELPLINE". Unhelpful helpline. Absolutely no idea of good customer service.
What customer service? You buy a laptop and within one day it crashes. The helpline refer you to a store which was not the store you bought it at. You keep calling them and they keep sending you back to PC World. Why? Why? Why?
Apparently HP Compaq do not provide telephone support., or face to face support or support via email or by letter.
If you need drivers then they ask you to pay £69.95 even though the drivers were not present when you bought the PC. You need help updating them? No they don't do that either. When ask them where you can find help they refer you to PC World. PCW of course just do not want to know. Why should they? I never bought the laptop there.
Now the shop where I did buy it will not take the machine back as I have altered the software by updating the drivers I was advised to update by HP Compaq ...
