Earlex SC165 Combisteam Cleaning Kit

Advantages: Inexpensive and saves a lot of otherwise hard work.
Disadvantages: Overfill .....and boiling water may squirt or spill out when moving around.

I remember my mum having an Earlex steam cleaner, but not as exstensive as this one, that one only had a few parts, the part I remember most was the wallpaper stripper because there was always a family member or friend who wanted to borrow it , that's how popular it was! The Earlex SC165 Combi has many more parts, 8 to be precise, I've owned my a steamer for about 5 years now and have used it extensively indoors and outdoors and to be honest I would be lost without it as it saves a lot of hard work making cleaning a lot easier. Steam is a natural cleaner which loosens dirt and grease making cleaning a lot easier minimising or even eliminating the use of chemicals found in household cleaners. Review of Earlex SC165 Combisteam Cleaning Kit

Its a Cleaning Kit!

Advantages: Keeps my Canon CCamcorder sparkling!
Disadvantages: Price, there are better alternatives, probably at your local store.

Well what can i say, this is a cleaning kit! it comes with a bottle of cleaning fluid,wipes and strangely instructions! well i say strangley but seriously id suggest taking a peek because cleaning and maintaining your video cameras is important, especially if you carry them everywhere! This is designed for Canon 8mm Video cameras, but you can use them for ALL cameras, infact the alchol-based cleaner is handy for everything. There are cheaper alternatives available, i got mine free with my camera but littleraly any hardware shop would stock a near equilivelant for only a few pounds so im not sure if i would bother actually buying this. It does what its designed for, not hugely exciting ....its overpriced, id suggest getting a cheaper alternative from your local shop (unless you get this free like i did!). ...

easy wheel cleaning

Disadvantages: none :)

I have used this product for a good number of years and have always been pleased with the results!!! The kit comes with everything you need, a wheel brush, a small pot for using the solution, and the bottle of the solution. Every time i have used it i have been pleased with the results. The brush is small enough to get round all the detail of the wheels, and hold enough of the solution to get the wheels nice and clean. It could be a touch stiffer to help loosen the really stuck on dirt, however it does the job well. The brush also outlasts the kit and can find lots of uses elsewhere. I normally use the solution 50/50 with water so it therefore lasts longer and still manages to get the dirt off!! im sure that really dirty wheels would need the solution to be used straight from the bottle. I have never had any problems ...
