Conclusion
**************
If you're looking for an external floppydrive then I would definitely recommend this one. Simple, easy, small and quick which all anyone could ask for. What else could you want from a product like this? I have found it very useful since I bought it however I have found there is not such a need for them lately since CD's and DVD's are used much more and floppy disks have faded out of the picture more and more.
Thanks for reading :)...

Advantages: fast, simple, easy, good price Disadvantages: none so far
...A floppy disk has been standard on a PC for years. It was a fast, easy and efficient way of transferring and storing data. The 1.44mb capacity meant you could save those important MS Word documents to disk, so that you couldn’t lose them. Now what happened to the floppy disk? Maybe it was reliability? The life span of a disk? The size? Well consider this, as PC’s have moved on so far, a floppy disk basically cannot cope. They only store 1 and a half MB, which to the average PC user, is about 0.0075 percent of their entire computer’s Hard Drive. What I am trying to say there is literally not enough room for all your work. Imagine bringing home those holiday snapshots, to show your family on a disk, well the chances are that only about 7 or 8 of them will fit on the disk.
But obviously there is the technology of CD...

Advantages: Small and compact Disadvantages: Breakable and horrible colour
...Hiya sorry about the boredom about these floppy disks first the imation 3 1/2" floppu disks and now its those pesky 3M's.
Right i am sorry to say that my other batch of imation floppy disks have run out. So i phoned my supplier and i was informed by the lovely lady called charlie that they had run out. So she did suggest i try the new 3M pack of 10 floppies.
Right onto the product in hand:
These are the worst floppy disks i have ever purchased, the colour black is the worst ever but i must agree that floppies are the same as any other floppies.
These floppy disks are not pre-formatted so you would need to format them yourself which is really time consuming, especially if you have a really important report due in the next day for the bank as i did.
These floppies are not as good as the Imation series as all of these disks...

I brought this discs for about £6 or £7, assuming they would work fine... BUT, 3 computers would only read them as about 90mb, what's going on here? All drivers up to date etc. So, they were just led on a shelf doing nothing for ages... Then, when I... more
This hard drive is very similar in look and feel to the other Passport versions that Western Digital has, in particular the Book with a glowing yellow circle that is very nice to look at and quite heavy to boot.
I needed another external harddrive as... more
