...The HP dx2300 has a 1.8ghz processor and has two 512mb memory chips which makes the overall RAM over 1gb with a possible expansion up to 4gb. The hard drive is a decent size as well as it has 80gb of space. The operating system is windows xp which is ok but won't be able to keep up with vista soon! It also comes with a one year warranty. The HP dx2300 is an ideal business class desktop that is full-featured and value-priced. ...I couldn't find this computer in the list of compaqs so i thought id write about the Compaq - Ipaq under this heading! hope you don't mind! The ipaq is a long-term stuff favourite, initially i am seduced by its looks and design...metalic surface and its undoubtable un-PC curves, but it also paqs a ferocious punch under its trendy exteriour; The price does not include a monitor but considering you get a PIII 500 with 128MB RAM and 8GB hard drive, at £580 its an absolute bargain any way. And when you can buy a compaq 15" monitor at £120, you really can't complain!... Read review
