The eVectra is pretty good. I got it from a friend, and did not buy it, however, I have been using it to surf the net, do office related work and read emails, as well as play some games. Its quite a decent machine and packs quite a punch given the small size.
It has good sound, networking, easy access to the HD if you wanted to replace it - which I did, as well as good overall performance.
The one bad thing I can say about it is that the CD drive is one of those ones usually found in laptops, and not easy to replace. My CD drive is still working, but I do occasionally have problems with some CD's. and In most cases, I cant boot from the CD when I tried to install Linux, but it did boot when I tried to install Win2000.
With regards to the specs below, Like I said, I got this machine from a friend, and so, I cant really comment on the price/manuals/support as I didn't get these.
Apart from the CD-Rom and graphics card, the machine is quite good overall, and very suitable as a general purpose machine for the home/student.

maybe if you bought and tested this memory in you own pc you would have a better experience than i did but in my own honest opinion i wouldnt buy . i highly reccomend corsairs memory just not the pro versions
