...--Introduction--
This is now my second review on HP printer paper, I know it isn't the most glamorous of things to be writing about. However, I do feel that it is important to choose the correct paper for your computer print outs. The previous review of mine about HPpaper, was concerntrating on the Hewlett Packerd Premium Choice paper. That is at the most expensive end of the paper market and is really for use when printing very formal and important documents. The HP office paper on the other hand, is at the extreme opposite end of the spectrum. It is for rough or draft copies which are likely to be for short term use or just to be thrown away. I will compare the attributes of this 'economy' paper with that of the more upmarket paper that I have reviewed before. That way a clear comparison can be drawn between them.

....e. prior to 'HP Deskjet F380'), that eventually lead me to purchase 'HP DESKJET F380'. In 2004, at PC World, in Beckton, The 'HP PSC 1315' printer was obtained free as part of a bargain when my dad and myself purchased a new desktop computer that goes by the name of 'E machines'. The 'HP PSC 1315' printer resembled the 'HP DESKJET 380' a lot. Needless to say it operates as a all-in-one machine, combining the functions of a [P]rinter, [S]canner and [C]opier. It served its purpose in my life of photo printing, scanning images and photocopying documents, so well for three years on a convenient basis. Unfortunately, I was careless enough to damage the 'paper feed mechanism' by means of feeding a photo paper through the rollers when the paper settings was set to 'plain paper' through the PRINT dialog box. The thickness of the photo...

-- Installing the Printer, and the Cartridge
Simple and easy. Just put the printer in its place on the desk or something. Plug-in the power cable, and check that your printer is working, and then connect the IEEE-1284 cable. If you have Microsoft Windows XP or 2k, it’s no problem cuz they know this printer and you can start printing instantly. However you can refer to the “Software and Drivers” section to know more about its installation and stuff.
The cartridge installation is as simple as the printer was. Anyhow, the tricky part is that you have to remove the tape in the cartridge before installing it for somewhat reason I don’t know. You can also refer to your user’s manual page 1-2 to know how to install it in more details.
You can also get the printer manual from
