Manufacturer's product description
The Compaq Hot Plug Redundant DC Power Supply enables telecommunications service providers to fully harness the benefits of Compaq ProLiant Servers in the Central Office The Compaq Hot Plug Redundant DC Power Supply is loaded with three internal hot plug power modules, each with a DC input connector. This allows customers to change a failed power supply unit without powering down the server. The DC output green LED on each DC module will go unlit when the Module has failed. The supply uses an N + 1 design capable of supplying 400 Watts with three DC inlets to prevent server shutdown in the event of a single circuit power outage. It is fully tested on the Compaq ProLiant 1600R and 2500R (512K models) rack mount servers. The ProLiant 1200 is supported in a rack mount configuration.

Advantages: Dual fan, 400W Disadvantages: No seperate power out for monitor
...In accordance with the comment, the word PSU will be replaced with several random and related nouns, to take a bit of the boredom from the review. Sorry if it sounds a little silly
Ciao haven't added all my catigories, but here's one of my computer component reviews, it's all out of sequence now.
This is the old PSU from our other computer. Luckily it was 400W and we only really needed a 300W in there. So we swapped the unit from the new case with our one.
This power box is a 400W dual fan electricity thingy. It’s the bit that you plug into the wall, plug into all your components, screw to your case and forget about. It’s a pretty standard thing, with standard connectors. So this is no different, it offers all the motherboard power and drive power you need for the latest batch of processors and drives. It’s 400W which means it...

Advantages: Very cheap, 2 fans Disadvantages: None
...Arguably the most important component inside your PC is its powersupply, the powersupply unit (PSU) provides the power to every other component inside your computer ie: Motherboard, hard drive, processor, graphics card etc etc... and all these components require a powerful and extremely stable PSU in order to operate as intended.
14 months ago i built my current PC and opted to use the Q-tec 550 watt dual fan gold as its powersupply unit, most modern day PC powersupplies average around 350 watt and they are predominantly fine for most PC's but as you add extra components to your PC like extra hard drives, or a faster processor or faster graphics card then you may get close to reaching the limit of your particular powersupply which can result in either the PSU not functioning properly (causing serious system instability...

Every gigging musician needs to own one of these.
I work as a sound engineer in various venues, and I can immediately guage the quality of a band on whether or not they have TU2's (or similair pedal tuners).
