...INTRODUCTION
Well I'm sitting here writing this review on my new hp Compaq nx9005 laptop which I'm well pleased with. I settled on this laptop after a fair bit of research into laptops at around the £800 mark. I was very impressed with this machine's specs and also the excellent reviews I'd read of it. I picked it up on the brilliant ebuyer.com for the bargain price of around £810.
SPECIFICATIONS
Processor: AMD Athlon XP-Mobile 2400+, a great processor which has the distinct advantage of being designed for laptops. Thus it is cooler and less power-hungry than its desktop counterparts. This helps the laptop reach an excellent running time on battery of around 4hrs with light use.
Memory: 256mb DDR Ram, which is more than adequate for most tasks. Unfortunately 64mb of this is shared as video memory so this is something...

...Modern PCs are getting warmer inside. Faster processors and graphics cards all mean a lot more heat being generated. To add insult to injury, hard drives are also getting faster and hotter. A switch lets you select between Celsius and Fahrenheit display modes. I'd recommend you set this before fitting the drive unless you...

Advantages: very good ergonomy and good display Disadvantages: loud cooler
...is exemplary case that 15.4" is enough for the majority of works.
On the front side of laptop are only two reproductors. On the back side (as is usual for HP i think) is not power connector, but there are
LAN, VGA output, TV out as a S-Video. On the right side are from the rear analog modem, optics mechanic and two USB ports. These USB
are better on the back side because when I connect something to the right i got a problem because on the right i usually have external mouse.
Up from the USB ports is a card reader for SD, MMC, MS/Pro, XD and card inside always overreaches. On the left side is on the back the power connector, then
there is the output of cooler, two USB ports enough distance apart, two audio connectors and finally firewire with PCMCIA slot which has got dummy plug inside.
So as i wrote there is no Express Card slot maybe...

First of all the Cosmos S case comes in excellent protective packaging. A sturdy cardboard outer box encases two styrofoam blocks (top & bottom) which prevent the case from moving at all during transportation. The case is wrapped inside of a plastic bag, more
