-- Printer Control Panel (Front Panel)
The printer as said before has 3 lids and a button on the front panel. I’ll try to explain the functions and the indicator of each button.
Lids (from up to down) Error, Data, Ready and then the button.
The lights has three status (on, off and blinking)
There is a complete front panel guide for each light description, please refer to it, it’s in the page2-2. I’m sorry I can’t include it here because it is many states and I consider it very repetitive.

Advantages: THREE functions all for one technology / good value for money for all THREE functions Disadvantages: The COPY function gives average results. Ink cartridges are rapidly used up in premium photos
...larger than my older 'HP PSC 1315' (16.97cm x 42.57cm x 25.91cm). It has a volume that approximates to 19339 cm3, measuring at a dimension of about 16.97cm in height, 44cm in width and 25.9cm depth. Colour-wise, the printer is grey on its vertical, lateral sections (i.e. all four vertical sides) with the top horizontal layer in greyish white, matte finish. The top, greyish white horizontal layer surrounds a GLASS (for scanning) that is directly covered by a white, LID BACKING. The 'lid backing' is mildly glossy in appearance, smooth to the touch and features the typical HP logo engraved on a metallic piece embedded in its surface.
The INPUT TRAY of the printer displays two roles whereby it takes on the form of (1) a paper tray and (2) a front door. The 'input tray' is transparent and grey-blue in appearance with a large HP logo...

The following operating systems are compatible: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP; MAC OS9/OS X. No idea if Linux is supported but I don’t need to as I have XP. You’ll need to have at least 256 MB RAM to use this printer (128 MB for MAC OS 9 systems).
The printer comes with card slots for all major memory cards – including XD cards, which my camera uses but not all devices seem to have slots for this card type.
There’s an interface with a small viewing screen atop the printer to allow you to use all the functions of the printer...
