...-- HP LaserJet 6L in brief…
This printer has been working with me from ages. I know it’s considered a bit old at the moment and the last time I logged to HP website, I found it was discontinued; however it’s a great printer with great functionalities.
I bough this printer about 4 years ago, when It was a hit in the market and hp was just offering it to the people, I think it was one of the most successful printers to the HP company. Anyway, I am writing this review to the people who liked to work with this printer as I suppose its hard to get one at the moment because its not for sale anymore, and also because there is new models that offer many vast and more functionalities than this printer with a reasonable price. And by the way my model type is C3990A (by the way it’s a black/white printer for those who don’t know).

In step 4, I noticed that the contents of my HP F380 packaged box, may DIFFER from what is viewed in the diagram. That was exactly the case when I only found 2 CDs (one green and one yellow) instead of three (one green Windows CD, one Mac CD and one other CD - probably for Windows Vista). The HP manufacturer could at least have updated the instructions a bit on the "Start Here" manual with respect to steps 4 and 13 if the contents were going to vary...

...Having had my old HP Deskjet 930c printer for a few years, I was getting more and more fed up of buying printer cartridges that were nearly as expensive as buying a new printer. Not only that, the printer had suffered a lot of abuse over the years and it was becoming prone to numerous paper jams. So, with a few spare pounds in my back pocket I decided to search out a cheap alternative, where upon I came across the HP Deskjet 3940 colour printer for under £40.
The Look

This is a very compact printer which, with a height of less then 15 cm and a depth of just 18 cm, will fit into many small gaps. The main body of the machine is a very pale grey, with the centre lift up lid being nearly white. At the bottom left hand side is the power on switch, which lights up green when in use, and in the middle is the paper loading...
