...The first thing that attracted me to this product was the fact that it was a HP which to me says quality and you ahve the peace of mind knowing that it is a good product. The adapter is quite tricky to install although you should really get people to have a look first and get them to install it a prefer to have a fiddle myself first inwhich although at first i found it quite hard to find where to put it, once found it was easy to plug in. Would recommend great value for money it. Its also easy once you pluged it in and updated thats just about all you need to do there is not much trickyness to do after that. ...day last year, after much careful deliberation I dragged my boyfriend around several shops to look for the perfect laptop. The features I was looking for were large memory, large hard drive and preferably a dual-core. Looking good and being lightweight were also potential advantages but with a limited budget I was expecting to buy something which was bulky and brick shaped but did the job. I was looking to spend between £500 and £600. The first stop on our quest for a lovely laptop was Staples. There was a few laptops there but not many deals and I did not find the cutomer service to be up to much. It was at Staples however that I first noticed the HP Pavillion dv2000, it was very appealing with a high specification and a great design and appearance. Advantages: Flexible, Lots of uses, Fast processor, Built-in Wifi, Bluetooth, Infrared
Disadvantages: Expensive, can crash (stability), Only takes SD cards, Official accessories are expensive, battery life, battery life when using Wi-Fi, Difficult to start up if power's all gone even after charging, they don't make it anymore

...than that but I thought it would be best to get a new one with a warranty. Some eBay sellers don't honour their warranty so didn't want to go that route. They've stopped manufacturing it so it would be harder to find in shops but can be found online from the places mentioned. ACCESSORIES There are loads of accessories for the iPAQ. Pity most of them don't come with the PDA when you buy it! You do get the docking cradle, holster, power adapter (and converter), a spare stylus, but that's it. You can get stuff like car mount kits, screen protectors, cases, sync cables, batteries, styluses, SD cards, memory expansion jackets, aluminium cases, and much, much more.
