HP BladeSystem is the evolution of rack-mounted and pedestal infrastructure. A BladeSystem reduces costs and simplifies the management, building, and maintenance of the infrastructure behind your multi-server environment. It consolidates and repackages all the supporting infrastructure elements-compute, storage, network, and power into a single platform that can accelerate the integration and optimization of your data center. A BladeSystem c3000 enclosure holds up to 8 server and / or storage blades plus redundant or non-redundant network and storage switches. It includes a shared, multi-terabit high-speed mid-plane for wire-once connectivity of server blades to network and shared storage. Power is delivered through a pooled power backplane that ensures the full capacity of the power supplies is available to all blades.
Advantages: Very Upgradable, Cheaply Priced, Very Reliable. Disadvantages: The nVidia 7500LE is by no means an efficent card, No front case fan.
...I have found the Compaq SR2125UK a very powerful machine, I bought it as a secondary machine from PCWorld back in May 2007. When I first bought it I didn't realise it's full potential of what it's very upgradable motherboard can have. It's processor which comes shipped with it is an Intel Pentium D 915 which is around one of the first Dual Core processors around and is now starting to age a little, but this machine will happily take any Intel Core 2 Duo's. It'll also take up to 4GB of PC5300 DDR2 RAM and any PCIe x16 graphic card (with a PSU upgrade).
So onto my first experience with this Compaq, after it had been delivered in a massive 4x4x4 foot box I was at first a little dissapointed to find a Micro ATX tower (smaller size computer) as alot of these towers which I've had experiences with have had cooling problems. So now all...

Advantages: Nice looking, Great first time computer. Disadvantages: Monitor a bit on the big and bulky side and really heavy
...So why did I buy a Hewlett Packard Pavilion, was it because there was a nice bloke trying to sell me the PC??? No it wasn’t it was because the computer itself does look nice.
We have two computers in our house, one is a HP Pavilion 8775, and the other is a laptop. We never use the desktop PC anymore as after buying a laptop its so much easier.
I thought id give you my views on the HP Pavilion, it is a nice computer, we have had it for about 2 years now. It’s never gone wrong.
We bought it from PC World we took out extra insurance get in case of these little accidents, or if it needed repairing, so it cost just under £1300.
The insurance still has till 05/06 till it runs out, so in my eyes it was well worth paying the extra to get it covered.
With this it came with an Intel webcam, defiantly not the greatest of webcams...

...HP Pavilion F50s, is excellent got mine about a year ago and I love it. The colour is not brilliant (Grey) but I suppose it goes with my life! Any way it cost me just under £250.00 for a 15 inch size, and it does the business. This is available at most electrical sellers, I got mine from Comet. Had a bit of a problem at first. I bought it one evening, took it back to mine, set it up as usual, no problems, turned on the screen and noticed a crystal within the screen had disappeared. A crystal is what makes the screen up, normal monitors don’t have this but flat screen and plasmas do that’s what makes them so expensive. My mate who works for REDBUS internet company said take it back straight away, because the crystal that has disappeared will slowly destroy's the other crystal around it, and will slowly kill your screen.
So...
