HP printer transfer kit

...I recently bought a new HP printer. It's an all in one that does photos while also having a built in scanner, copier, network print server, email system and web server. On the front of this printer was a USB port and a card reader. The USB port is excellent for getting files from USB devices, but really comes in to it's own when used with the BT 300 from HP. This is basically a small USB stick that sticks in the USB port on your printer and enables it as a bluetooth print server. This means that any bluetooth enabled device can print to the printer without wires. The second I plugged in the device my printer recognised it and displayed the bluetooth logo on the little LCD screen. A quick scan on my phone revealed my printer sitting waiting. Advantages: Excellent HP backup service and warranty

...I bought my 660C Deskjet printer when they first appeared - it must be over 5 years ago. Colour printing quality is excellent (including photographs), and text printing is acceptably fast. Included in the price at the time I bought it was a 3 year warranty. I have given the printer quite a hard time and although I have had a few problems I have found the HP warranty to be excellent - especially as it was included int he cost of the printer! The print cartridges are quite expensive, so for a while I tried a refill kit - just for the black cartridge. This worked fine for text, but the quality of colour printing, where the black is mixed with the tri-colour inks was unacceptable. Dark images were a muddy brown instead of the clean black from the genuine HP cartridges. After heavy use I started to get black streaks on the paper... Read review

...documents. This printer can handle various media types like Envelopes, transparencies, labels, plain paper, iron-on transfers, photo paper, cards. The maximum size is 216 mm (Legal) x 356 mm (Legal). The feed from the tray is automatic and has a total capacity of 100 pages. There are some papers that don't work in the printer, which you can find in the manual so just watch out for those. The printer has 8 built-in typefaces. 4 in portait and 4 in landscape. CG Times, Universe, Courier and Letter Gothic. Also in italic as well. It has a maximum of 364 KB RAM to print off your documents, which think is nearly nothing. I think that's why it's so slow with transferring documents from PC to printer as it uses the PCs RAM (which is very limited on my PC) to do it and not it's own like other HP printers do.
