...insperation). I personally purchased a hi-grade system and for teh first motnh was recieving power faults, I sent it in for repair and recieved it back (this was due to SIS the company that make teh motherboard doinga poor job) as a conenction broke and short circuited the board.
Since I have managed to sell and get rid of the system, however I have come across many system which have a simular problem. One user has had to come back to me 5 times ... ...what you pay for, also Hi-grade do supply you with a full accidental damage cover free for one year, which is very usfull. Though the faults are under teh standard warrenty it does show hi-grade are on the consumers side. So for now I would advise you not to purchase the product unless they stop using SIS.
