I am a networking and tech support engineer, I come acors many types of system in search for a good price with reliability. By the way for reliability i would reconmend a Dell (see my view on the insperation). I personally purchased a hi-grade system and for teh first motnh was recieving power faults, I sent it in for repair and recieved it back (this was due to SIS the company that make teh motherboard doinga poor job) as a conenction broke and short circuited the board.
Since I have managed to sell and get rid of the system, however I have come across many system which have a simular problem. One user has had to come back to me 5 times due to the SIS produts being of poor quality.
However this is a cheap product so i guess you get what you pay for, also Hi-grade do supply you with a full accidental damage cover free for one year, which is very usfull. Though the faults are under teh standard warrenty it does show hi-grade are on the consumers side.
So for now I would advise you not to purchase the product unless they stop using SIS. Also the graphics cards and sound cards are very poor (also made by SIS). So if you are looking for a system you are likly to break and just want it covered this would be ideal, as providing you have a back up of your information you will get on with any notino system. I would say this system is an entry level or a system for those people who wish to take it fishing or a place likly for it to get damaged (due to its free accidental damage scheme).
