I recently lost connection and made a phone call to their tech. Support line, which is just a 0870 number (my previous ISP was 75p/minute!), and I didn't have to wait long to speak to a friendly voice telling me there was a temporary outage and I was to reset my router in 20 minutes. Cowboys. Be warned! Still clear. My speed starting dropping, so I complained and they started shouting at me down the phone! Always blaming BT. One guy called Anthony Bennett told me to f*** off and called me a mother! Naturally I asked for my MAC code to leave them as soon as possible - that was 9 months ago! Im in court shortly to sort it out. They cut off my broadband - Im disabled and work from home but have been struggling to my sisters house ...
...there instead - shes with BT Broadband. Never trust these guys. They also never seem to answer the telephone or reply to emails. I have friends down near where they are based and they sent me a photo of the offices - its basically a porto cabin. Ive also been told they have traded as different companies from the same address for many years. Dodgy if you ask me. Better out than in! ... Read review

I migrated to there Christmas special offer 1Mbit deal, this costs me £23.99 a month this has now increased to £29.99 as the special offer has finished. Hi Velocity offer unlimited broadband internet access which means there is no need to worry about how much your downloading. ...this 100MB of web space is included, which is more than enough for a really good personal web site. Unfortunately there is no news group access offered ny this isp. Since I have been with Hi Velocity I have suffered some downtime about 6 hours in all and there has also been some speed issues which have now been cured. A point in their favour though is that if there's a problem they admit it and tell there customers what they're doing to resolve ... Read review
