The Rocket133S Host Adapter is a single-channel IDE controller card designed for use with ATA133 hard disk drives. The Rocket133S supports high-speed transfer rates up to 133MB/s. It provides ATA single-channel support up to 2 hard disk drives. The Rocket 133S Host Adapter breaks the current interface standard's hard disk drive capacity limitations, and supports hard drives larger than 137GB.

Advantages: easy instructions, very easy on the eyes, runs on both batteries and electricity, can store many books, etc... Disadvantages: price may be too high for some $269.00 U.S (Pro) or $199.00 (regular) plus shipping and handling
...the Rocket e-Book reader is expensive (for me at least) at about $269.00 U.S. (in July of 2000) plus shipping fees for the newer version but there is an older version at $199.00 U.S. But I'm sure once the reader catches on with the general public the price will go down.
Advantages to Rocket-eBook reader:
1. Have access to books that are not available in paperback. Most of these e-books are a heck of a lot cheaper than paperbacks and seem to be more interesting than the traditional paperback. (my opinion)
2. You can download and save many electronic books (HTML formats and others) to the reader. The e-books are all stored in the "Bookshelf".
3. The e-reader runs both on batteries and electricity. A battery charger comes with the unit.
4. Extremely easy on the eyes, especially compared to a computer screen.
