I myself am a bodybuilder and as you may know many bodybuilder use suppliments and nutrition drinks, bars, etc, however I honestly feel that they are a waste of time. When I first started bodybuilding I used High 5 products mainly for energy in the form of a drink. I admit the drink was extremely tasty and did give me a lot of energy which would last for about an hour. If i drunk a litre I could go through the whole workout feeling refreshed and alert. I ordered them through my local gym and paid £30.00 for a weeks supply of the drink. The drink tasted extremely similar to Lucozade Sport however it was slightly bitter in comparrison.
Now after having a discussion with my doctor I have found out that your body doesnt need these types of drinks or suppliments as if you eat the correct foods then your body gets all of the goodness which it needs. In all honesty these companies are simply robbing you left, right and center. I do not agree with them and these drinks and suppliments can also make you terribly ill. I myself was having to use the toilet much more often due to the fact that the drink was extremely high in Fibre which I didnt know due to the fact that the label wasnt very clear and precise with the ingrediants.
Overall I would say steer clear of these, however if you still want to use them then please consult your GP first as they can be harmful to your health.
