Advantages: Easy application.
Disadvantages: Won't work on really awful stains. Fishy smell.

Plus:- No scrubbing. Minus:- Fishy stink. Doesn't work if your patio is REALLY bad. . I'm doing the garden up at the moment. Disadvantages: You need to dress for dirt, it does through up the muck

I bought this for patio and path cleaning and was amazed by the whole machine. It cleaned off moss, dirt and a greeeny slim which had stayed put after being treated with boiling water, bleach and scrubbing. Fantastic! I have a very large area to cover and the machine worked without hitch for three hours! The ease of use is also impressive and putting it together from the box took seconds and was a breeze. It is worth buying with the accessories, the dirt buster lance is brilliant, but the round pathway and patio cleaner does reduce the amount of time neeeded for cleaning.
