The K2.35 is a fantastic bit of kit, boasting a 1600w motor, 100bar pressure, 360 litres per hour, waterflow and 6 metres of high pressure hose. I found it to be compact, lightweight and easily portable. The auto start/stop feature is a plus, allowing the use to stop the unit without returning to it. Advantages: Easy application.
Disadvantages: Won't work on really awful stains. Fishy smell.

Plus:- No scrubbing. Minus:- Fishy stink. Doesn't work if your patio is REALLY bad. . I'm doing the garden up at the moment. I go through phases of doing up the garden, it looks all nice for a while so I take my eye off the ball and before I know it, the weeds have taken over and it looks a complete mess again.
