Eating out?? Not a problem!
Review of Safety 1st Fold Up Booster Seat by
sportyminx
Advantages: very handy!
Disadvantages: none with the seat - but watch the chair you're putting it on is steady!
...get a little confused the first time round - but after that it was a doddle!)
There are many other brands on the market all offering similar things - but to be honest, the name says it all - Safety 1st - what more could you ask for your child? ...

Safety 1st On-the-Go Fold-up Booster Seat
Review of Safety 1st On-the-Go Fold-Up Booster Seat by
FunkyFaulkner
Advantages: Actually two products in one - fantastic value for money
Disadvantages: Bulkier than some travel booster seats but worth it!
...found this one - the Safety 1st On-the-Go Fold-up Booster Seat (suitable from 6 months to approx 4 years). When it arrived, I was rather dismayed as it was far larger than my friends super slim-line seat. So, I put it back in the box and thought about it for a few days. After I had calmed down (my postnatal hormones where all over the place at this point, so I really did get all stressed out by a booster seat!), I took it out and looked at it again. ... ...child, and the standard three-point safety harness. It is simple to use - open it up, put it on the chair, attach to the chair with the safety straps, put in child and clip on tray if required. And equally simple to put away - detach tray if used, remove child, detach the safety straps, fold down the back and legs, retract the safety straps and clip on the tray. Once it is all packed up it forms a small suitcase which has a side flap/pocket for bibs, ...

Sitting Pretty
Review of Prince Lionheart BebePod by
piggypine
Advantages: Enables baby to sit unaided, great for early weaning
Disadvantages: Pricey
There are all manner of gadgets developed for helping parents with their children, some just end up being a waste of money but others are like moments of genius and you never realise how useful they are until you can't be without them. The Bebepod plus is much like the better known Bumbo chair, designed to fit comfortably around baby's body, supporting them as they sit, helping their muscles grow stronger and allowing them a little independence. ... ...is actually slightly malleable, run your hand over the surface and it feels much like any regular potty however give it a good squeeze and the slightly spongy material becomes evident, it's not so soft that baby will sink into it when they're sat in the chair but it is soft enough to be comfy on their delicate bodies, the inside of the chair is slightly contoured for comfort but most babies will be in their nappies anyway which give adequate padding! ...

Has everything you need in a high chair
Review of Ikea ANTILOP High Chair by
jentz
Advantages: Inexpensive, Easy to clean, Light, Functional
Disadvantages: None that I can think of
...and practical high chair that IKEA offered. I am so glad I did. It is easy to clean, it works well at the table as a toddler chair and my daughter hasn't complained yet that she didn't get the most expensive one. I have taken the $ I would have spent on a more expensive chair and have put it into her savings instead. I just couldn't justify spending an extra $100 for a plain high chair. I also thought that if this high chair is used on a daily basis ...

Chicco Happy Snack: Safe-comfortable-great design
Review of Chicco Happy Snack Highchair by
gunner_mel
Advantages: Safety, stability, space, grows with your child, great value for money, easily cleaned, colourful design
Disadvantages: None found
I bought the Chicco Happy Snack highchair in the Seventy design from Kiddicare about 18 months ago and still absolutely love it! I paid £49.95 at the time. The prices vary on other websites but all of them are under £50 which is fantastic value for money considering the quality of highchair. The item is deemed suitable for children from 6 - 36 months/3 years. The assembly was very simple and straight forward. The instructions were clear and easy ... ...adjustable (shoulders and waist) 5-point harness and an additional rigid plastic crotch strap (rounded off around all corners). This feature is fabulous because there is no chance that your little one can slip under the table before you had chance to secure the safety straps recalling several temper tantrums of my daughter. The seat is very spacious and even a growing toddler fits into it nicely without getting his tummy or legs painfully squashed. ...
