Advantages: effective and tasty lemon drink Disadvantages: contains paracetemol so the recommended dose must be followed
...comfortable within just 15 minutes of finishing the drink.
A 5 sachet pack of Lemsip max strength lemon will set you back a mere £2.98 at all good pharmaceutical retailers, compared to the 10 sachet pack which retails at £4.08 and is much better value than the five sachet pack. I reckon that a pack of lemsip max strength lemon ought to have a home in every medicine cupboard as youre always going to need it at some point, and it can be really annoying having to mission it to your'e nearest pharmacy to get some medication when you're feeling really unwell and all you really want to do is sleep.
Thus Lemsip max strength lemon comes highly recommended, as a result of being quick and effective in tackling the symptoms of colds and flu.
Anyway I hope this was useful to you, I have to go now because I have a statistics exam at 9am tommorow...

Advantages: works...to a certain extent Disadvantages: taste, fairly expensive

The advantage of taking a supplement is that you then have to worry less about eating these particular foodstuffs.
A tub of 60 of these capsules costs around £3.99, or £7.89 for 120, and they'll last 2 or 4 months, respectively, if you take one a day (it is advised that you do not exceed one a day). However, a shop's own brand is a lot cheaper (eg. sainsburys highstrength is £2.79 for 60), and will generally be a nutritionally identical product. I'm not sure of the benefits of the Seven Seas product over an own-brand. According to the tub, only Seven Seas purifies their cod liver oil using the Ocean Gold® method...
