John Singleton?s Higher Learning deserves some serious respect for exploring a number of sensitive issues that many University students encounter at some point in their lifetime-- some of which include institutional racism, rape, and the individual desire to be accepted. While some of the characters lack emotional complexity and the story at times may feel a little "preachy", the film is still a very enjoyable and thought-provocative experience -- one that'll linger with you for quite some time afterwards.

It would be absolutely ridiculous to have colloidal silver banned as many people and companies would like.

Over the last year or so I have suffered pain in both elbows possibly as a result of getting old and rickety (!) or through taking up exercise. Whatever the cause, I thought I would try some Glucosamine as coincidentally there were a number of press reports on the outcome of studies which seem to support its effectiveness.
My initial source was Holland and Barrett who were doing an offer on Glucosamine and Chondroitin tablets, the combination being regarded as even more effective than Glucosamine alone. At the recommended dose these would be a bit dear so after the first 10 days or so I dropped down to one a day.
