...Dinochews are a chewable vitamin & mineral tablet for children. They are made by the reputable health company, Higher Nature. My children have been taking these since they started school - I thought they needed some extra supplementation once they started mixing a lot with other children and eating the sweets that teachers insist of giving out. I tend to only give them in winter, when their immune systems are under extra stress, or when they are feeling a bit below-par. I was amazed that my children like these tablets. I tried them, they are fruity, really nice. Checking the labels of children's supplements in my local chemist, I was horrified at the ingredients - high in sugar and colourings. Advantages: The best PMS Killer I have ever come aross

...Higher Nature do two Mexican Yam products: the capsules and the cream. Believe it or not, the cream is generally considered the better product for most people to use. I'm not exactly fond of the term 'bioavailability', but in a comparison between capsules and cream for this particular product, It's one I have to use, as the diosgenins from the yam are absorbed better via the skin than via the digestive system. From my own experience, I'd say the cream is the best PMS killer I've ever known - and as I'm in my late 30s, you can guess I've tried more than a few in my time. The effects are almost immediate (believe me, it calms me down within minutes - even before the smell of the cream has dissipated!) and last for hours.
