Higher Nature Lemon Fish Oil Fish Oil Supplement Omega 3

Advantages: Genuinely high Omega-3 fatty acid content and doesn't taste fishy.
Disadvantages: Can seem quite expensive (though it is actually the best value for money we've found).

...Myth: Because a product says it has 1000mg of fish oil, it has more Omega-3 than a 500mg capsule. The Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil are EPA and DHA. If you read the back of most fish oil packs and total up the EPA and DHA you may well find that there is only about 120mg in a capsule - in our experience that's about the average, with a few products hitting the 300s. The supplement market is therefore ripping off consumers by hiding behind the fish oil total and not explaining that if you are taking your fish oil for omega-3 then their product is actually quite weak. In comparison the Nature's Best 1100mg fish oil contains nearly 700mg of omega-3 fatty acids and is the strongest one we can find on the market. Advantages: helps joints, keeps your joints healthy.

...Omega 3 Fish Oil is a great way to keep your joints flexible and healthy no matter what age you are. You can be a young teenage boy and use this product beacuse it will keep your joints healthy and active. If you are old it is also brilliant. I would say that if you have arthritis then this is one of the products and supplements that you should definently use or give a try. It is unbelievable how fast you can see it working. I used to take this untill I started getting more active and I don't have to anymore as when I did take it, it helped my joints so much and I am not as stiff but now I am much more flexible and my joints are not sore anymore.
