...pain has gone. I still need to rest after exercise, but that’s M.E. for you. A couple of months ago I couldn’t even go upstairs without pain, now I can walk a mile, that is progress. PRICES I get my MSM in powder form because it tends to be the cheapest. I buy by mail order from Higher Nature (they don’t have a website yet) – telephone 01435 882880. It is £9.90 for a 100g tub. I have checked on the Internet and this is one of the cheapest – and all products from Higher Nature are organic and very well made. Advantages: The best PMS Killer I have ever come aross
Disadvantages: It's a bit niffy for a while

...Higher Nature do two Mexican Yam products: the capsules and the cream. Believe it or not, the cream is generally considered the better product for most people to use. I'm not exactly fond of the term 'bioavailability', but in a comparison between capsules and cream for this particular product, It's one I have to use, as the diosgenins from the yam are absorbed better via the skin than via the digestive system. From my own experience, I'd say the cream is the best PMS killer I've ever known - and as I'm in my late 30s, you can guess I've tried more than a few in my time. The effects are almost immediate (believe me, it calms me down within minutes - even before the smell of the cream has dissipated!) and last for hours.
