...I (like so many others), suffered from morning sickness for nearly the duration of my pregnancy. I had serious back problems, the health of my skin and teeth deteriorated, and other complications that took me out of work at the fifth month stage. I received a little guidance from my doctor, but at times like this you believe you should be curing the problem naturally so as not to detract from the health of the baby you are carrying. So, I turned to homeopathy and herbal remedies.
I'm not going to sing the praises of homeopathy, but I would like to write about some of the general information that helped me trough my pregnancy - If you would like to know more, I suggest you contact a sound homeopath (do your research well), who will insist on a personal consultation.

Advantages: No nasty chemicals Disadvantages: Quite pricey

My children have been taking these since they started school - I thought they needed some extra supplementation once they started mixing a lot with other children and eating the sweets that teachers insist of giving out. I tend to only give them in winter, when their immune systems are under extra stress, or when they are feeling a bit below-par.
I was amazed that my children like these tablets. I tried them, they are fruity, really nice.
Checking the labels of children's supplements in my local chemist, I was horrified at the ingredients - high in sugar and colourings. Dinochews are different. They contain no sucrose, salt, yeast, wheat, dairy, animal products, artificial preservatives, flavours...
