Iron is essential for building healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen for energy. Many women between 20 and 45 may not be obtaining enough iron. True Food Easy Iron offers a pre digested food form of iron that is easily absorbed
Advantages: Easy to take and absorb Disadvantages: Must be refrigerated
...A superb product, if you are feeling run down for any reason this really does give you a lift. Remember this is a natural product and once opened you must keep it in the fridge and follow the instructions, taking double the amount will not give you double the feeling!!!! Floradix is easy to take being a liquid and therefore readily absorbed by the body. It even tastes good which is why people who are borderline anaemic for any reason find it so useful as it does not make you constipated, unlike taking iron tablets.
Being a 100% natural product it contains no animal products and is therefore very useful for vegetarians who may have problems getting iron and B12 by other means.

The body only requires small quantities to get its daily iron requirement, which is different in all people. Therefore an excess dosage is taken in the form of a tablet or in multivitamins. The body retains what is required and then excretes the excess. When you take...

It is recommended that you take one tablet daily with water whilst trying to conceive, through pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. These tablets contain no gluten, lactose or yeast. As with all medicines and things of this nature they should be kept out of the reach of children. These vitamins may be harmful if more than the recommended dosage of one tablet a day is exceeded.
Santatogen pronatal also have their own website with useful information for conception, pregnancy and newborns that is worth a look at www.pronatal.co.uk
These tablets are large and pink, by large I mean 19mm by 9mm but they are oblong shaped and despite their size quite easy to swallow. They do have a high iron...

I’ve used many products from the L’Oreal range over the years, ranging from face make-up (i.e. lipstick, mascara, blusher, etc), to face and body moisturisers, self-tan products and hair-care products, and I have to say that the majority of the time I’ve more
It's hard to believe this film is 14 years old but it is! I'm not a fan of Lenny Henry much but I do quite like this comedy.
The film has a rather complicated plot but here's the main story. Basically, Miles Pope (Lenny Henry) is an actor who really... more
