I got my TV from Tesco for 79GBP. i believe it is a pretty good deal for a TV with built-in DVD player.

Body:
Is pretty solid build , 14inch non flat screen , fits nicely in the bedroom or kitchen.
There is no AV button on the TV itself therefor is hard to switch to freeview or any other attached devices without using the remote control.

Picture Quality:
I guess the quality of picture displayed is not bad, when i plug an aerial the picture is smooth and clear

DVD Player:
I was very impressed with the quality of the tray. Is solid and works smoothly. DVD plays all my DVD and VCD discs even those ones that i was unable to play on branded and much more expensive DVD players.

Remote Control:
This is the only one major problem that i found...
The remote is very bad, i mean ..... VERY BAD!
It almost fall apart in your hands like some sort of toy from the 99p Store.
You can find replacement remotes for this model that are more solid but it will cost an additional 12-15 pounds.
I have tried to use several Universal remotes without success.

In my opinion i would suggest to spend additional 20 - 30 GBP and get something better than that unless you want to use it as "in-kitchen DVD player" as i did.
