It is now 3.5 months since making an order, and I am still no closer to having any blinds installed by Hillarys. I have taken 4 days off work waiting on a head-rail to be delivered that initially arrived damaged the 2nd time their delivery van broke down, the 3rd time they lost the head rail and the 4th time they were having 'problems at the depot'. I now need to take a 5th day off work! Their blind fitters are either ill, on holiday or don't pick up the phone. I have called Hillarys customer service line over 50 times and each time you deal with someone new and many are unsympathetic and don't want to be talking with you.
Avoid a big headache and DON"T ORDER from Hillarys. They are not a serious company and have no regard for their customers. If I had seen these awful reviews before I would not have ordered.
