I bought this machine just over a year ago and I'm using it every day. I always thought of coffee machines as being fiddly and difficult to use but you just tip in the coffee and cold water, flick the switch and go. It takes about the same time as boiling a kettle for instant coffee.. even if I'm running late I still have time to fill up my flask on the way out the door. The filter is reusable and has a little handle so it's easy to clean and very inexpensive. It says on the box that you can make up to 12 cups but I find it's less... but maybe I just have big cups.
